About the Technology
What makes the LaserPro 4 different from a regular LED mask?
Most LED masks use scattered light that fades near the surface of your skin. The LaserPro 4 is built around 236 VCSEL medical-grade laser chips plus 72 LEDs — 308 light sources in total — across four clinical wavelengths. Coherent laser light travels in a focused beam, so it reaches deeper and delivers more usable energy on target than ordinary LED. It also includes a deep 1064nm wavelength that most at-home masks leave out entirely.
What are the four wavelengths, and what does each one do?
665nm red laser supports collagen, firmness and skin texture. 850nm near-infrared laser works deeper for circulation and a firmer-looking complexion. 1064nm deep near-infrared reaches the deep dermis where ordinary LEDs can't. 460nm blue LED targets the look of breakout-prone, oily skin for a clearer, more balanced complexion. The mask runs two modes: an Anti-Aging mode (665 + 850 + 1064nm) and a Clarity mode (460 + 850nm).
Is the LaserPro 4 FDA-cleared?
Yes. The device holds FDA 510(k) clearance (K233114) as a Class II device for over-the-counter treatment of mild-to-moderate acne and full-face wrinkles. It also carries Health Canada, CE, UKCA, RoHS, EMC and LVD conformity. Note that “cleared” is not the same as “approved” — it means the FDA reviewed the device and found it substantially equivalent to a legally marketed device for those uses.
Is it safe? Do I need goggles?
The LaserPro 4 uses eye-safe, medical-grade light, so no goggles are required. The mask is made from skin-safe, food-grade silicone and shuts off automatically at the end of each session. If you are pregnant, taking photosensitizing medication, or have a history of a light-sensitive condition, check with your physician before use.
Does it work on darker skin tones?
Yes. The LaserPro 4 is designed to be used safely across all skin tones.
Results and Usage
How often should I use it?
Use it for a 10-minute session, 3 to 5 nights a week. It's hands-free and cordless, so most people fold it into an evening skincare routine. Consistency over several weeks is what drives visible change.
How do I use it?
Cleanse your skin, put the mask on, and start a session with the voice command “Hi Mask” or the included LCD remote. Choose Anti-Aging or Clarity mode, then relax for 10 minutes. Apply your serum or moisturizer afterward.
How soon will I see results?
Many people notice smoother, more radiant-looking skin within the first couple of weeks. We recommend evaluating your skin at the 4-to-8-week mark, since collagen-related changes build gradually with consistent use. Individual results vary.

We cover return shipping, there are no restocking fees, and your refund is processed within 10–14 business days of us receiving it. Defective or damaged units are replaced right away.
How much is it, and can I pay over time?
The LaserPro 4 is a one-time $997 (regularly $1,798). At checkout you can split it into monthly payments with Shop Pay, Affirm, or Klarna, subject to their approval.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free, fully insured, and tracked within the US, with duties prepaid. Orders process in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 8–10 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
